Originally from Lubbock, Texas, Tim was a practicing paramedic before graduating from the University of Texas at Austin and moving to Houston in 2010 to attend South Texas College of Law.  During law school, Tim developed a passion for real estate, business, and probate law.  After owning his own practice since 2015, Tim joined forces to form Bertolatus Rodman PLLC and offer our clients exceptional service for their varying needs.

Tim's primary practice areas include residential and commercial real estate, probate and estate planning, business, contracts, and agriculture.  Tim also has vast experience working for, and dealing with, title companies and underwriters.

Outside of the legal field, Tim enjoys a variety of activities such as fishing, hunting, sports, and spending time with his family.
